Appointment Reschedules and Cancellations:

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment reschedules and cancellations. Booking deposits are refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend appointments may incur fees.

Client Intake Forms:

New clients are required to complete the Client Registration form and Pre-Assessment Questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in fees and reduced consultation time.

Minors:

Users under the age of majority must have a parent or guardian complete bookings and attend consultations. The age of majority in Australia is 18 years.

Communication:

All correspondence should be directed to info@annaszalay.com. Communication through social media platforms is not monitored regularly.

Payment and fees:

Full payment is required upon booking an appointment. Payments for Initial Consultations are due in full 14 days prior to the appointment date.

Fees. The fees for our Products and Services are as set out on the Website (if applicable) or otherwise provided by us in writing from time to time. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars. Where GST is payable, it will be added to the applicable fee. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time upon notice to you. If you are based outside of Australia, you are responsible for all customs and import taxes and duties imposed on your orders.

The cost of the prescription: herbs, supplements and other recommendations are not included in the cost of the service and paid separately by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Products or Services at any time without notice. Prices for Products and Services are subject to change without notice.
